           Welcome to The Wharfedale & District Football Association Web Site.

Would you fancy the job as Secretary of the Wharfedale & District Football Association?  IF SO PLEASE READ BELOW!
                 

The Secretary of the Wharfedale & District F.A. is considering retiring at the end of the present season after 

25 years in the position.

We would like anyone interested in becoming the Secretary to commence from the start of next season, 2010-2011, 
following the Annual General Meeting of the Association, which will be provisionally held on 
Thursday the 27th. May 2010.
The person could be eased into the position during the next few months and when taking over as Secretary the 
present Secretary will be on hand to help with any queries at anytime.

We would like persons interested to contact either our Chairman Mr.David Martin on 0113-290 9967 OR
the present Secretary Reg. Allwood on 0113-258 5683, they will give details of what the job entails etc. and also 
answer any queries you may have.

                                                          5 a Side Competition!!!!

Fancy putting a team into the 5 a Side Competition in aid of Wheatfields Hospice in the New Year?

It is on Monday evening the 18th. January 2010, 6pm until 8pm at Football World, Cross Green, Leeds.
There is a meal afterwards all in with the entry price.
